Are You a Tenant in a Foreclosed Property?
Law Center is Surveying Violations of PTFA
April 18, 2012
Are you a tenant living in a foreclosed home? Help
us help you!
The Law Center is monitoring violations of the Protecting
Tenants at Foreclosure Act (PTFA) -- the federal law that says you
have the right to remain in your home until the end of your lease, or to 90
days notice without a lease, when your building's owner is foreclosed on.
Please tell us your story by completing a quick, easy
survey.
The results will be published in our upcoming report on tenants' rights across
the country. Lend us your voice, and help us protect your rights!
